Rev'd Courtney Dave Gordon
On June 1, 2023, Rev’d Courtney Dave Gordon, having served in various key leadership roles, advanced to the office of the Executive Chairman of the Church of God in Jamaica. He is the Senior Pastor of the Portmore congregation where he has been serving since 1994. In January 2024, he assumed the Chair of the Jamaica Umbrella Groups of Churches. Nationally, he served as the Chairman for the Committee for the Promotion of National Religious Services (CPNRS) which is under the hospices of the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC). For this Jackson Town, Trelawny native his aim is always to please Jesus Christ. He believes in and loves to see persons excel spiritually and academically. He has a passion for community outreach and service to people - underscoring one of his life’s principles - “people matter more than things”.

Pastor R.W. Moody
R.W. serves as the NXTGEN Ministries Pastor for COGO Ministries. With more than 20 years of student ministry experience in the local church, R.W. has served in other capacities including the Church of God Ministries Youth Ministry Team and directed state youth conventions in Ohio and Texas.
A strong believer in students, R.W. believes that this generation of students has the greatest opportunity to make an impact on the world for Jesus. R.W. is married to his wife and ministry partner, Joy. They have three kids – Caleb, Madeline, and Ella.
In his spare time, R.W. loves to run and travel with family. He also will tell you he is an ice cream-a-holic. Step into R.W.’s office, and you will learn he is a huge fan of Star Wars.

Worship Leader- Pastor Rebecca Palmatier
Rebecca has been serving in ministry for over 20 years as a worship leader and now pastor. She is ordained with the COG and is currently launching a new church in beautiful White Sulphur Springs, WV! Her passion for God’s Word and presence is evident, and she hosts “The Scripture Habit” on Facebook and Youtube. Rebecca and Tucker have been married for over 22 years and have two daughters, Noelle and Jemma.
