Camper Registration
All Campers must register via the steps below.
Register by May 20th to receive a FREE t-shirt and $5 in Camp Cash for the Snack Shack.
It is best to complete registration on a computer.
How do I register my child for Camp Still Water?
Step #1
Read over our FAQs to answer any questions you may have. If you do not find your answer, please contact Mindy Nuhfer at campstillwater@neoretreatcenter.org
Step #2
All campers must download, print and submit an "Emergency Medical Information Form". This is not an online form. This form must be completed and returned via our registration portal or email to campstillwater@neoretreatcenter.org
**NEW THIS YEAR**- We are requiring that all medication forms be signed by a physician. Please review these forms and plan accordingly.
Step #3
Click the registration link below to get registered for your specific camp. Please fill this form out in one sitting. Failure to do so may result in your information being lost. This form will ask about emergency contact information, camper information, medical information and payment information. You will receive a registration confirmation that will be sent to the email provided in the form. Payment may be received via on-line credit card. You may also choose to pay via cash or check.
Camp Three4 June 14th-17th
For those entering grades 3 or 4 in the fall of 2026.
Check-In from 2:00-4:00pm on June 14th.
Camp concludes at 10:00am on June 17th.
Cost:
Early Bird Registration- $156/camper if registered by March 31st. (save 20%)
Standard Registration- $195/camper if registered by May 20th.
Late Registration- $215/camper if registered by June 1st (pending availability).
Camp Five6 June 14th - 19th
For those entering grades 5 or 6 in the fall of 2026.
Check-In from 2:00-4:00pm on June 14th.
Camp concludes at 10:00am on June 19th.
